1) 1st Thessalonians 4:13-18 2) 1st Corinthians 15: 49-53 3) Revelation 3:10? 4) 1st Thessalonians 5:1-3? 1) Brothers we would not have you ignorant about those who fall asleep, or to grieve like the rest of men who have no hope. We believe that Christ died and rose again and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. According to the Lord's own words, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will not certainly proceed those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord, himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of an archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are alive and are left will be caught up together with the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, And so we shall be the Lord forever. Therefore, encourage each other with these words. 2) And just like we have born the image of the earthly man so we shall also bear the image of the man from heaven. I declare to you brothers flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. Listen I will tell you a mystery; we shall not all sleep, but we will all be changed-- in a flash in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead in Christ will be raised imperishable, and the mortal with immortality. 3) Concerning the rapture church of Philadelphia Since you have kept my command to remain patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come upon the whole world to test those who live on the earth. 4) Now brothers, about times and dates we do not need to write to you, for the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. While people are saying "Peace and Safety," destruction shall come upon them suddenly like the labor pains on a pregnant woman and they shall not escape. the title: The Greatest Escape from Planet Earth introduction: The Lord promises to rescue his saints safe from the earth's seven year's tribulation period. For when people are saying "Peace and Safety," He will return for his church and his bride just like a "thief in the night." For the Lord will descend from heaven with a shout and voice of an arch angel at the last trumpet and the dead in Christ will rise first. Afterwards those still alive.
