Problem That Is Genicular

Genicular pertaining to the knee or 
to a structure that is bent like a knee.

Played with a program which was particular;
Turned out to be problem that is genicular,
And evidence traced;
Both knees replaced;
Now difficult sitting in an anything vehicular.
