Notes About The Poem

Pretty Lady’s bouquet goes unnoticed

A pretty woman with a yellow flower bouquet in hand,
Walks down the street in light drizzle,
Her pretty hat covers her flowing blond hair lightly,
The flowing white skirt over dancing legs creates beauty.

A handsome man walks by her,
Immersed in the beauty of streetlights and drizzle,
He hardly notices the pretty woman go past him,
May be the lady’s bouquet was not meant for him.

The street is enchanted with yellow moon and flying birds,
May be this magic will find the man of lady’s dream.

Hope the bouquet will reach the hands of the man for whom it is meant and a romance will soon blossom between the sweet looking lady and the handsome man of her dreams. However, she has soaring dreams in her mind. That is why she ventures out braving the inclement weather. Well composed, dear Jay ji.

The unabashed young lady displays traditional symbols of romance, while the unobservant gent is self-absorbed. A connection goes awry, drawing a poignant scene of what could have been, has gone amiss—sways opportunities between a failed encounter, or what cannot be forced. The latter half goes a long way, as the right opportunity avails itself—a proper gent.

Yes, perhaps the next one she comes across. Perhaps the bouquet was how he is to find her ;) Fun to ponder.
