Prayers and Beliefs
BY STREET CRIES
I pray for savlanut that's patience in hebrew
Asking God to protect me from people that's see through
Cause I know on the right path he'll see me through
Now I know I am not perfect I still have faults
But who does not
Even the ones that make it to the top
So I am going to keep my Prayers and Beliefs
Knowing that he will bless me and my seeds
Knowing that he still hears me even if I am not down on my knees
To him I put my heart on my sleeves
I am only human
I still feel pain and my heart still bleeds
Passing by the homeless knowing that could be me
But instead there's a address where I sleep
Shoes on my feet and food in the fridge if I want something to eat
People say my poetry is deep
So I have to thank God for the ability to speak
Thank you
