Prayer For Winter Years

Replenish the Spring within our souls
Let dreams slumbered live in daylight
Happen upon us another chance
To find joy in dance when steps alight

Rejuvenate that which lives within
Give wings to olden feet that falter
Perchance for us another to share
Romance in true loves requisite halter

 
Allow the breeze to blow in favor
On heads sprinkled lovingly with snow
To swing in another’s warm embrace
Basking in the warmth of true loves glow
