Prayer For the Wind
I pray that the wind caresses you with love,
That God sweeps the mountains with a breeze, gentle and kind,
Who are you that you step into my life and bring happiness,
A windy day and at night the wind whispers songs of love,
To be heard by the prince and princess of another land,
The wind my true companion and loving friend,
God is like the wind, complex and diversified,
The miracle wind, God breathes life into the land,
That is how creation began, what a miracle,
I am humbly thankful to a benevolent God.
