Our son-in-law was in a really bad wreck yesterday He according to the test has no broken bones but is in terrible pain The ER doctor let him come home last night Thank God that he had on his seatbelt and that God protected him It could have been so much worse He was going around 50 MPH and someone ran a stop sign He broadsided them because he did not know they were not going to stop It totaled out the truck he drives at work Thank you, Sara K

Valsa, he finally saw a workers' com doctor who let him go back to work if he would not be doing any heavy lifting. I don't know when he will have the restrictions lifted. He was told by that doctor that he had whiplash. Sara K

I pray to the Lord all is well, but he needs a thorough scan. Too many cars these days and too many irresponsible drivers.

Victor, yes, I have no idea why that truck did not stop but maybe he thought he could make it. Anyway, the doctor on duty did a whole-body scan. I am afraid they found out more than our daughter and our son-in-law wanted to know about his health that did not have anything to do with the accident. Thanks for the visit. Sara K

That's unfortunate. I have had it done to me several times. Have him visit a chiropractor. The trauma to neck could be unseen at this point and later on become a REAL pain in the neck

Oh no. He has to deal with that organization. We are still waiting on a settlement but first they will subtract from it our medical bills that WC turned down. The dirty bums. Good luck to him

Andrea, he has to go to doctors on a list that are approved by workers' comp. You know how that is when you get hurt on the job. He is wanting to get cleared so he can go back to work. Wayne will be 67 years old soon and has multiple problems with arthritis in his neck and back and hands, so it won't be so easy or simple. Thanks for the visit and kind review.

Thank you, Darlene. Yes, he is so blessed in that it wasn't as bad as it could have been. He did try to avoid the collision by turning away from the truck so not a total head on hit. Sara K

So sorry to read this tragic event. My wife has been in five car accidents, mostly getting hit by uninsured or unlicensed drivers. She suffers to this day. Hope your relative heals quickly

Thank you, Woody. I feel for your wife as well. So sad she has been in so many wrecks at no fault of her on. We have had the same things to happen here with my husband, but he was covered by insurance, and my daughter who the at fault person had no insurance. Injuries that never go away. Sara K
