Prayer

I thank you for this breath of life
That quietly blows through my days.
May I know You,
The One who lives,
While I have breath.
And go to You,
The One who loves,
When breath is gone;
The One I love,
Who died my death,
Who gives me life
With his warm breath:
Jesus.

Oh my, this is such a heartfelt and emotive prayer that surpasses boundaries, erasing darkness and wishing to reign in the realm of faithfulness, embraced by God.. This brought me so much soothe and somewhat tears too, as it so effortlessly describes the essence within few words.. When the breath is there and after it's gone, there's only one universal truth : the light of Almighty.. Beautifully described.. Love this..
