Pray
When you need to make
A connection with God
Pray
When you feel beat
And your heart down-trod
Pray.
When you are in a situation
And you don’t know what to do,
Pray.
Just have faith that the Lord
Will pull you through,
And pray.
Pray at all times of the day,
Pray in the spirit always,
For any reason at all, pray.
Whether with words,
By groanings of the spirit,
Or in perfect silence.
Communicate with the Most High
It makes perfect sense
That if we are to become like Him
We ought to spend time with him.
Just as birds of a feather
Flock together,
And he that walketh with wise men
Shall be wise.
What shall he that walketh
And communeth with the Most High
Be?
Verily I say
He will be
The most he can be.
So pray for others, pray for friends
And you will find
That you can’t help but praying
For yourself.
