Praising Stones
PRAISING STONES
As I was walking down an old gravel road;
I began kicking stones;
I heard a noise;
I thought I heard the pebbles;
Scorn, I heard them make noise they did praise God
Hallelujah
There was a landslide on the highest part of town;
The stones came tumbling, rumbling, down;
I heard a noise;
Sounds like people talking;
Sounds like praising God;
Hallelujah
A little boy on the shore was skipping rocks;
Throwing stones across;
The lake…
And He thought he heard a noise;
Sounded like praising God;
Now I found it quite odd;
Yes, within myself;
I found it odd;
But I been often told when I was young;
This that if man doesn’t praise God;
With his voice;
God shall make the rocks themselves CRY OUT;
You know that rocks crying out making noise atonement unto God;
If they were to speak of praises
If God's people don't ... But he said, 'If they kept quiet, the stones would do it
for them, shout in praise
... to rebuke them, and Jesus said,
“I tell you, if these were silent, The very stones would cry out.” ...
If we, His children are not going to do it
The “rocks” and “trees” will take over for us, singing
The “rocks” and “trees” will take over for us, singing
The “rocks” and “trees” will take over for us, singing
The “rocks” and “trees” will take over for us, singing
Hallelujah
