Praise

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
1 Peter 1:3 NIV

Praise be to God through Christ
Which came to defeat death
Resurrected through the Spirit
That we might receive God's promise
To have a way to return to God
Resurrected through the spirit
For we are living in death
Until the living water is flowing
Only this source brings divine growth
Through His great mercy and grace
To sacrifice His son for an ungrateful people
This is including myself before seeing this deception
Only to be revealed through the spirit.
These ones killed Him to keep praise for themselves
And all other true evidence of God's work
But this is in His plan for God is the creator
For if the great teachers understood scriptures
They would have not killed the one to fulfill prophecy
To fulfill scriptures to send His spirit
Unto a pure heart and longing soul

On one occasion, while he was eating with them, he gave them this command: “Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about. For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.”
Acts 1:4?-?5 NIV

I will give them a heart to know me, that I am the Lord. They will be my people, and I will be their God, for they will return to me with all their heart.
Jeremiah 24:7 NIV

For if the dead are not raised, then Christ has not been raised either. And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins.
1 Corinthians 15:16-17 NIV

We have available through Christ
To receive the inheritance

and giving joyful thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of his holy people in the kingdom of light.
Colossians 1:12 NIV
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Romans 15:13 NIV

Great poem, Stephan. "Living in death," such a really accurate phrase! We are indeed living a life that is comparable to death because we indulge in vice and laziness. Many, many thanks for this... for sharing the confidence that you have in God.

'Living in death'.... how true! Yes, we are having a deathlike existence, wallowing in sin and sloth. God's son who came to redeem mankind was crucified and he died to atone our wickedness. During the days of lent when Easter is drawing near, let us contemplate on the betrayal Jesus underwent and repent. Great poem Stephan.

Then they called them in again and commanded them not to speak or teach at all in the name of Jesus. But Peter and John replied, “Which is right in God’s eyes: to listen to you, or to him? You be the judges! As for us, we cannot help speaking about what we have seen and heard.” Acts 4:18?-?20 NIV After receiving the spirit they no longer denied to be with Jesus : )

The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified his servant Jesus. You handed him over to be killed, and you disowned him before Pilate, though he had decided to let him go. You disowned the Holy and Righteous One and asked that a murderer be released to you. You killed the author of life, but God raised him from the dead. We are witnesses of this. By faith in the name of Jesus, this man whom you see and know was made strong. It is Jesus’ name and the faith that comes through him that has completely healed him, as you can all see. Acts 3:13?-?16 NIV

Amen, valsa, great comment, indeed He walked with the cross alone in knowing all would betray Him. But when they received the promised spirit through His death, they were transformed and was revealed to them the greater purpose
