Pour your heart

                                            Be like flowers
                                         Free from ravages
                                            Always happy
In the bough, bouquet, or book
                                      Friendly with the thorns
                                        Embracing the bees
                                               Loving all
                                            Never in haste
Waiting for the spring to bloom
                                        For the autumn to go
                                         Fading with dignity
                                             Never whine

Your heart is full of love
See it, feel it and pour it
                                         Merge with yourself
                                         You will be different
A joy embodied, wrapped in peace
                                     With blessings all-around
Serenity of dawn, innocence of dew
Hearing the mute song of nature
                                          Kissing the cosmos
                                        Blending with eternity
                                      Moving on the holy path
                                         Of nature and being
