Positively Sure

I'm positively sure this day will be much better than the days that came before The universe will smile and dance with me I know that there is goodness yet in store The worries in my mind will drift away on tails of clouds that roam in azure sky My thoughts will prance like ponies out at play, and dreams will spread their wings so I can fly I'll paint the world in rainbow coloured hues, the grey of yesterday no longer seen My heart will beat in time to poet muse, a dulcet rhyme displaying the serene This day will be a wondrous one for me I'm positively sure, just wait and see!

One always admires joy in a poem like yours. I don't mind dark poems, but when there is joy in a poem, it is always appreciated.

Thank you. I'm feeling anything but positive lately. Wrote this some time ago. I'll be positive some that reflect my feelings now in war torn Lebanon. No positive line there.
