Help when the chips are down
Go for a walk to clear your head Life's to short to stay in bed When your feeling really low Get outside feel the wind blow No matter what walk of life People suffer with troubles and strife It may be no job or money for rent It may be you feel your life is spent But hear this you can get through Many others feel just like you It's all about occupying the mind Staying strong the answers you'll find But most of all don't keep it within As this is truly a mortal sin It will eat you up take away your strength So find someone and talk at length Positive mental attitude needed Your a human not inbreeded Focus on the small things first Otherwise your mind will burst Each day your strength will overcome And you won't feel totally outdone Finally believe you are really strong Life challenges can do you no wrong
