Porc and Cabbage Higareda

1/4 cup sundried tomato's 1 head of shredded cabbage (sautéed
2 tablespoons of garlic in olive oil )
1 cup of red onions 4 anchovies minced fine
1 cup of cucumber diced 1/4 cup of lemon juice
1 cup of diced apples 1 cup of soft goat cheese
1 cup of avocados chopped 1 teaspoon of cumin
1/4 cup of cup fresh cilantro 2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper
mix the salad and allow to marinade, room temperature for at least one hour.
2 pork tenderloins
salt and pepper
olive oil to coat
rubbed
2 tablespoons of granulated brown sugar to all sides and drizzle with about two tablespoons of cognac two tablespoons of orange juice, wrap in foil and barbeque until done. cut into medallions and allow to become room temperature.
2 loaves of a good French bread cut into four pieces,
1/2 cup of soft butter
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of crushed garlic (cloves)
3 tablespoons of dried parsley flakes
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella
mix together and cover all tops with the cheese spread, toast in oven until
golden brown.....
1 bottle of a sweet red wine
in a punch bowl
add....
3 cup of strawberries (puree with one inch of hanbano pepper)
1 cup of lime juice
2 cups of white grape juice
1/4 of bourbon

dessert
1 1/2 cup of cream cheese
2 tablespoons of vanilla
in a metal bowl
combine 2 egg yolk,1/3 cup of a good almond liquor
1/2 cups of sugar
whisk to form a yellow smooth custard
over a pot of boiling water gently cook the mixture without scrambling the eggs, allow to cool
mix with the cream cheese and vanilla
add 1/2 cups of chopped almonds
1/4 cup of raisins (copped0
and 1/2 cup of white chocolate (semi sweet morsels)
mix together until smooth, allow to sett at room temperature...
we want sugar cookie dough, store bought or homemade, rolled
using a one inch dowel-rod, after cutting cookie to resemble eggrolls wraps, (squares ) roll dough around the rod to create hollowed tubes for the filling, bake until done and fill with cream mixture, adding whipped cream to each end
