Poetically Dreaming Blue
In the yonder realms of cloud nine, at the edge of my blue sky, lies a castle in the air, where my feet never touch the ground. Ideally situated off the beaten path, where if you have the notion, to swim the deep blue or surf the pipe dream, no one will say you’re a mental fig or figmental but have a fantastic legendary day. Flying above it all looking down, the only thing shadowy is the ground, where people are walking looking down, as they theoretically eat your pie in the sky.
The flaky crust where their ideas rust Only if they see it again will they trust But I have this recurring dream And I don’t have to prove a seam while I am wrapped in the silver lining and they’re sitting in the dirt whining
