It's getting a little rampant here. Well, I assume that. So sad. Good one, Tania

Tania, what I fail to understand about all this is how anyone can take pleasure in receiving any credit for stolen work. It seems clear that people doing this have some kind of self-esteem issue. I'd be interested is seeing them write about the pleasure they take from it...kind of like a confession about how they really feel about themselves. Ouch for them and smiles for the rest of us!!

Duke, I agree. Sadly this person has been banned from PS several times and is now back. It's hard to believe this member could actually write any poetry now since all the ones in the past they posted were plagiarized. Now it's in the form of paraphrasing. Sad and sickening.

Kim, thank you. There is someone on PS doing this and winning in contests.

Jan, thank you and it's disturbing that the admins allow it.

Is that the new excuse being given for people who do that? Stealing another’s poetry, even in part is theft… not art.

Lin, good point, I will change it to ''theft" and not art. Thanks for your comment.
