Poetic Love Story

At one-thirty in the morning, while I was lying in bed reading my book. My mind wondered with thoughts of my husband. I couldn't stay focused on the story. I remembered I had my husband’s phone number in my contacts. I laid my book beside me, turned, and reached for my cellphone on the night table. I scrolled down to his name (Dad) and opened message. I've always called him Dad. When the screen came up, I typed, I love you. Then, picked out a heart to place next to it, and pushed send. under the twilight sweet scent of thy utter love mournful mind wanders Now that I had taken care of what was bothering me, I put my cellphone back. I picked up my book and started reading where I left off. Five minutes into my book, I heard a ping. I got a little frighten. I thought to myself; It couldn't be him. That is silly, that just cannot be. I put my book back-down and picked up the cellphone. There in a bubble message read, “Who is this?” I put the cellphone back-down ignoring the message. I thought to myself, hmm…someone had my husband old number. I started feeling guilty. What if, the person gets in trouble. If, a wife or husband finds and read the message? Or, I woke someone up and thought they had an admire. I decided to massage back. I am sorry you must have my husbands all phone number. He passed away a year and a half ago, so I just wrote that message for him. Sorry, I won’t do that again. I apologize. The person wrote back and said, “No, no, you’re ok! You do have the wrong number; I know times can be tough. Love you too & so does HE!!! <3 God Bless you. Have a good night.” quiet and peaceful consumed with poetic love tearful grief embrace 3/22/2020

When one says you've got a guardian angel watching you, I did that night to comfort me. I did copy word for word the person mailed back. I figured I made someone mad, but I didn't

Eve, What a touching and prophetic poem. I can't help but wonder about this 'poetic love story' and the questions it creates. Whose number do I have? And who will receive it next? No number is wrong anymore. Happy Sunday wishes. -Richard

- A wonderful story that tells  about a deep love and a great loss, dear Eve - When my mother died my sister closed mums cell phone ... the next day my phone rang ... in my display it said "mum rings" ... I got really goose bumps ... my sister had closed my dad's phone .. . by mistake ... and not my mother's phone ( they were equally:) - Take care :) - hugs // Anne-Lise :)

Thank you, Mike, kind response. I was never expecting a response, I just felt good sending the message. I was so lucky that I did get a compassionate response, the person on the other line could have been mad for sending a message so late at night.. God does work in very mysterious ways. God has always as long as I can remember been there for me making life easier.
