Poet

In memory of Robert Lee Frost

There are not words enough,
To deeply say or yet express
What comes to mind and know
For my poem says it's best
About my fellow poet.

Honors were bestowed upon you
For what you've said to us in words.
yet it's not enough
For what we read or heard
About you my poet.

Hope was very little proclaimed
To a world filled with darkness and gloom.
You used poetic expressive fame
To light up even the darkest room
My poet.

And when you came to the end
Of life's journey to be fold.
You kept us going for years my friend
Through your poetry and fame told
My dear, dear, poet.
