Pirate Rogue

A decadent moment is all it takes A blissful encounter it so makes Undue fragments of lost memories shred Perchance the decency has lost its thread Yet duly capable is she of undue frets But alas her honour is her stake the wretch I numbly persist in my ode to her behest Sure am I to whom she was pressed Her untimely chastity unveiled at best She scratched and screamed but none the less Humour me I says to her sort after it all Silent tears beneath her eyelids do fall Be gone young lass I shout and wave To some abysmal place, there yonder cave A hearty laugh shared the lads and me gal Chastity indeed! Served the fair damsel well!

This certainly does flow like a sonnet. Some has 12, 14, and 16 lines. I like the rhyming couplets and the spark they give the piece. Pirate rouges are still roaming the streets in many places. Young ladies are certainly the springing fountain in their eyes. Being defenseless in this era is certainly a handicap and not an asset. However, one could walk away with a sense of consent in this piece. Great job! ~Joseph
