PIRATE PETE

Pirate Pete Pirate Pete sails his ship Across the seven seas, He`ll plunder loot and pillage And bring you to your knees. His fearsome ship the Mary Jane Named after both his wives, Their figure heads adorn the bow To protect the sailors lives. Three square rigged masts With sails as dark as night, The Jolly Rodger flies above And a crew that’s fit to fight. Vagabonds and thieves All sail with Pirate Pete, Ragged clothes and a cutlass With no shoes upon their feet. A motley crew of brothers Some young and some quite old, All hoping for a fortune And their slice of pirate gold. Shiver me timbers shouts Pirate Pete Who was quite a sight to behold, Dressed like a strutting peacock With a story to be told. If its riches ye seek, stay aboard And sail with Pirate Pete, I`ll plunder us a fortune And lay it at your feet. We`ll sail the world far and wide To find our treasure trove, Then sail back here to share our loot At home in pirate’s cove. We`ll follow maps of buried gold Of pirate`s long since dead, We`ll storm the ports and rob the rich Where others dare not tread. You`ll live like kings, you’ll eat like pigs You`ll sing a merry song, Pretty wenches’ rum and wine We`ll party all year long. Admiral Terence pays a pretty penny For looting Spanish gold, So we sail unmolested While we keep him in the fold. We parley with his British fleet It`s a pirates only hope, Or we`ll feel the noose around our necks As were swinging from a rope. There`s no more sight that`s as frightening Than Pete the buccaneer, As he storm your ship with his motley crew They`ll strike your heart with fear. They fight till you surrender Till there`s no more brave and bold, Take anything of value And empty your cargo hold. He`ll burn your ship then sink it As you’re mates are but a few, You can sink to the bottom with it Walk the plank or join the crew. The only thing a pirate fears Are the monsters of the deep, The Cracken and devilish mermaids Can disturb a pirate`s sleep. Any man with scurvy or fever Or the black spot on his hand, Will be thrown among the circling sharks And he`ll never see dry land. So ahoy you sea dogs and knuckle down Scrub the decks and hoist the sail, It`s a pirates life for you and me And I’ve told you of my tale. Soon the Admiral will turn against us And a price be on your head, Then we`ll hide our loot and burn the ship Till his Navy thinks were dead. We`ll live in the Caribbean And share our diamonds gold and rings, Gentlemen and gentry we will become And retire just like kings. What say ye?.
