Pink eye
In motion, we are unaware
Peaceful, drowsy; without a care
Life is not just a spark in space
Or episodes, lacking will & grace
Why don't we try to be the present in how we present ourselves?
All focus on is being the subject of the next post by someone else
How little we all try: the existential equivalent of a worldwide web of pink eye
I may be controversial; perhaps a bit mundane
But it's better than letting this disease mess with every neuron of my brain
Just as pointless as a lifeguard tower would be, stood sentry above, a dried up well
I, no, I will not surrender to this barren wasteland of an unfocused artificial hell
So search for all your lifestyle ruins within all their trapped doors
Guaranteed behind one; you'll find what you were put here for
