Pineapple's Worth
She was hungry so was I
So we went to look for food.
We spot people who look her in the eye
And mommy thought they were good.
They gave her a pineapple
Which she peacefully ate
Though t'was a little hard to grapple
She gladly chew it down her fate.
Then there came a boom I solely heard
It was firecrackers down her throat.
Her mouth bursted, her eyes blurred
But I did not feel her loathe.
In pain she looked for a safe place
Thinking about her biggest fear.
She ran the streets like in a race
But my heart she can no longer hear.
She reached the river to ease the pain
And asked what's the pineapples worth?
My death told her not to suffer in vain
It's worth is heavier than my birth.
