Pina Colada

I remember how you tasted today:
Sweat, salt, and bitter fruit,
And I wondered what I meant to you
During those soggy weary nights

I remembered how you smiled today:
Beguiling, deceptive, and intoxicating,
And I think about how we started
From a drunken you and me

I want to one day be free of my memories of you
None of this is good for me
I don't wish I never met you
I just wish I could be a different me
