Pieces of My Heart

Please excuse me while heal myself.
Shattered I lay here, torn apart from the inside out.
Do you care about me? Do you care at all?
I don't want to speak because there's no point.
Staring into your emotionless eyes.
No pain, no sadness, no hurt seeps through your exterior,
But only because you have none.
It's all on me, and I bear this burden alone.
I'm drowning. Rescue me before I'm gone.
Stop my aimless mission
As I save pieces of my broken heart.
