key players started pursuing new
and more qualified persons to become partners
they sought better public relations persons
they needed better communication relations
and found that creating a new system from
what they already had would suit better those
who they were looking to attract : but for those who were to stay
would need to
not have to earn respect
from those who were already their
the facility were to take orders
from the new persons: and were giving one right
any order that was given should be followed
as long as it does not cause harm to you or any other
employer.
or if the order caused damage
to equipment or created a loss in
production.
and all employees were advised to keep note
and get signature for permission
of leaving early, taking a break, and even
how much lunch you purchased from
the lunch room.
well during these four weeks employees who knew the ins and outs
about the company were put to the test
they were ordered to do things that only a novice would do
they followed the orders and often were tasked and found to have
faulted on several orders that were lacking quality and quantity
due to the novice nature of those
in oversight.
well the big bosses gathered the paperwork from the four week period
and the papers the employees submitted along with there reports.
well when things were back to way they were
things improved and areas were they had struggled
improved.
and the employees were able to discuss and explain what had been wrong and what had impacted production prior to the new employee involvement.
the interruption had been put into place to teach the new employees not
to involve themselves in the work on the floor
and to improve communication between those who were new to to the company and those who were experienced.
certain restrictions are allowed to cause confusion between employees.
it worked, as far as teaching. we found new words to use
to describe what we do.
we renamed certain areas of the warehouse so that it was more easy to describe were things where
and where things should be.
they used the jargon from the floor
to describe certain ways to become more comfortable
and how( for example) moving certain ways are recommended
when doing certain task,9 We called it maneuvering)
and we started recommending certain foods for employees
with certain body types to increase the health of those working together.
