Piano

Playful as a puppy
pouncing, as a child I'd
pound upon black and white
planks, listening to the
pitch, noticing that my
Pa's voice sounded like the
placement of my left hand.

I have never played the piano but can imagine what it was like for you, such poignancy on that last line about your father~

I am very fond of a piano, they make me happy, very much like friends do, they are good for mental health but just do your soul so much good. Clever and lovely poem :)

This is a clever take on piano.. nice choice of words using the letter, P. Also a bit of lesson in being a pianist.. Nice one.
