Phew!!!

BAR so near, ajar, in sight
TAR sky beckons me tonight
CAR has broken tail light
SCAR heart beats right
STAR unblinking bright
SOAR spirit, soul’s delight
SOAK I, in joy, it’s alright

Hi thriveni I know this is for the word challenge poetry contest but… For some reason I can’t get The Sound Of Music out of my head when I read / sing this……”that will bring us back to Bar”.. (Do Re Mi) :) All the best. Cheers - Gary
