Phased

The moon took possession
of the sky
a blank slate of atmospheric haze
punctuating
the seasonal sentence
of solar cycling.

the seasonal sentence of solar cycling sounds so soothing to my soft senses:) did that get a chuckle out of you wise one? I'll have to try harder if not. May I ask what does the moon mean to you spiritually? I'm a bit mystefied by it myself but I can never piece it together.

I love this one Deborah! I've seen that beautiful seasonal moon peeking through the night haze. And you have said it very well! Be happy, my friend. Lovingly, Dane

The beauty of the night sky. I don't get to see it much because I am a day person but occasionaly I go on the porch to see the stars. Last night I saw the early moon before it actually got dark it is in the stage of filling back up with just a crescent. I wondered where the sun was shining in other parts of the world that was casting the glow on the moon. Glad that you wrote this one. Sara
