Phantasmagorical

Phantasmagorical punctuates a surreal,
Hallmark feeling of wonderment—
A juxtaposition of
Normal and extraordinary
That is tethered to euphoria
And amazement, yet
Simultaneously anchored to reason in a
Mesmerizing, magical way.
A spontaneous exclamation of awe,
Generated by the sheer intensity
Of the moment,
Representing a feeling of
Incalculable wonder and fantasy that's both
Cerebral and physically overwhelming—
A merging of astonishment and joy,
Like winning the lottery or experiencing an epiphany..

John Hamilton August 17, 2019 at 3:36 PM Acrostics are hard enough but this word is an amazing challenge that you pulled off with apparent ease. There is a flow in the lines that seems so natural, acrostics tend to be more like lists of thought but this reads like a great poem, one doesn't even notice the acrostic.
