Perhaps Seems As Maybe Appears

perhaps I did splash
            a wet dash too much
                            when I was growing up  ~

                            seems I was selfish
            one fish too many
when merely a pup  ~

maybe I acted disrespectful
            an action too long
                            when just a forming hiccup  ~       
                                                                                         
                            appears I misled my part
            a missed start too often,
yepper, yea, yes, oh, yup  ~
