Jason Johnson was known as slow in the head
it was as if his mind were totally dead.
He tried to become smarter 
but that was a no starter.
So Jason was elected to Congress instead.

It seems to me that Congress is overrun with Jasons. We are getting the government we deserve because of the ignorance and apathy of the citizenry. Thank you for your insightful comment.
