people like you
always come with 
excess baggage,
also known as
EGO.
people like you
carry around
a portfolio
of empty promises,
always flaunting
who you think
you are
because of what
you possess,
the things
that you think
give your life value.
people like you

So why would 
I be 
impressed.
You don't get it
do you?
I am a whole woman,
why would
I want to involve
myself
with half a man.
You see,
a man who
has morals
a man who
has standards
a man who
can't even spell
the word
unfaithful because
it's not in
his vocabulary,
that's the man
I admire.
people like you
always come with
excess baggage,
also known as
EGO.
It's all about you
and what you 
have.
The man I desire
has inner qualities
that 
are priceless,
and in
my opinion,
this makes him
rich
and worth getting
to know better.
people like you

I am not 
impressed with
your 
bling bling,
because
let's face it,
all that glitters
ain't gold.
I am not
impressed with
how many assets
you have,
because
let's face it,
material possessions
come and go.
But what
impressed me,
is someone
who has zero 
EGO,
and has his priorities
in order.
This is why
I avoid,
people like you.
