Penumbra

The soft light slowly starts to fade
Where shadows erewhile softly played,
A PENUMBRA begins to spread,
An ELIXIR sets out to head
IMBUED with a magical shine
That seems to lengthen one`s lifeline
With outgrowth of a tender grace
Seeming to fly in time and space
With onset of a feel of peace
And a sense of distinctive bliss.

A graceful, luminous poem that captures the hushed threshold between light and shadow. The elevated diction and gentle rhyme create a soothing atmosphere, while the imagery of an elixir carrying peace through time and space gives the piece a beautiful, dreamlike radiance.

Krish, your poem beautifully captures the serene transition from day to night with its vivid imagery and a peaceful tone. The use of words like "penumbra" and "elixir" adds a mystical quality, enhancing the sense of tranquility and timelessness. Good luck with the contest
