Pearl Harbor

A morning surprise, Many soldiers sadly died. Through the morning mist, The torrents of planes pierce through, Attempting to destroy us.

We must never forget. In today's local paper were pictures of of 4 local survivors from our area, of that fateful day in Hawaii. All between 85 and 87 years old...Bless them for all those years they had to remember and the terrible things they witnessed that misty morning. That's for helping us remember and honor them. ~ Carrie
