Peace of Mind

I have departed from the hectic.. Disgusted with the hustle and bustle.. My life consisted of force of habit.. Unpleasant habits.. Rituals.. Of which I was absorbed.. Absorbed in routine.. Routine became.. Of only doing.. Doing.. Not truly wanting.. Not truly feeling Feelings of no satisfaction.. Feelings of entrapment.. Mind was racing Mind was spinning in circles.. Never ending clutter.. Clutter of a constant flow of anxiety I have departed from the hectic.. Here lies my salvation.. Only I hear The sound of waterfalls.. A calming effect.. Water flowing beautifully I feel the warm mist From the flowing waterfalls.. As it invigorates me fully I feel a new chapter of my life.. A once racing mind.. Is now a clean slate .. Freedom of the mind Had unlocked the chains of entrapment.. Mind clutter had .. Turned into junk mail.. Was tossed and destroyed.. As I take a deep breath.. The glorious breath of life.. Peaceful I am.. Connection I am .. Connection I feel.. To all there is.. In a blissful state of existence.. I am.. Tranquility.. I am.. A peaceful state of mind..
