Peace In Our Time

Eighty years old and can't remember a time When peace ruled the Earth and freedom bells chimed Maybe 10 years or so Remaining but whoa The odds are not promising for a different paradigm © Jack Ellison 2015

I hope that day comes when we all see peace and freedom, it is enough ..so much destruction and killing ...why can't we learn how to live with each other and help each other in the end we're all gonna die and get buried in the ground until worms eat us up , , we're all gonna end in a black hole,as Arabian and Muslim I can feel this poem from deep within cause we've seen alot of killing and destruction in where I live , every each one of us have lost a very dear person for nothing that is so sad.

You seem like a very rational and caring person and it matters not where you reside or your beliefs! We are ALL children of this beautiful planet! I truly believe that someday, (certainly not in my lifetime), peace will be achieved! It must come to pass... it WILL come to pass or we are all doomed and for what? I have total faith in the future of mankind!

if pondering life the peace pipe i'll pass...fill you with knowledge of things from the past...look past the bad...and things that are sad....and make you feel like a giddy young lass

Peace is always fleeting... As the drums are always somewhere beating... There's always someone badly treating... As the devil takes hold it is always repeating... So treat others well in every meeting...
