Peace, Double or Nothing
Give peace a chance
To sit at the table
It’s worth the gamble
And is most able
To win a few hands
Or spin the big wheel
Give peace a chance to
Get in on the deal
Give peace a chance
It has better odds
Than a war waging
‘Tween wanna-be-gods
We know peace can have
At least nine in ten
Chances of winning
Versus fighting men
Give peace a chance
It’s in the cards
When warmongers fold
Give them best regards
No matter the score
Peace won’t be bluffing
And then it will win
Double or nothing.
