Peace Be With You
PEACE BE WITH YOU
Let us resolve
To destroy the very thoughts
That nurture violence,
Terror and war
Only then
Can we move
Towards peace
And, live in peace
We must fight war mongers,
Terrorists
And all those
Who indulge in violence
War comes at the cost
Of huge investments
In military hardware
Peace comes for free
War and terror cannot provide
Solutions to any problem
They are at the roots
Of most of our problems
War and terrorism grow
On the altar of violence,
Bloodshed, hatred
And alienation
Peace survives on Love,
Compassion
Brotherhood
And, sacrifice
Let us abandon war,
Terrorism and violence
Let us pursue love,
Compassion and peace
Peace be with you!
