ease fragile minds from tension,
as calmness blossoms.
Cut flowers die premature.
Erupting roars of anguish.

I forgot how it smells, flowers! I only smell smoke and black heavy dust after every minute when Israel shoots innocent civilians here in Gaza.Sigh... a deep sigh. Thank you for taking me back to the old good days. I come directly to check your latest poems.

If peace had a voice, it would be yours, you can be an example for peace, and how beautifully youv entered into the juxtaposition in this tanka! You do these so well and always leave us readers impressed! I think only a gardener will understand what exactly a cut flower is. Are flowers in bouquets considered cut flowers? I despise bouquets and seeing flowers die. I prefer plants if one wants to gift: this i think will score high. Best wishes! Sending you light always
