Paying It Forward

Sitting at a table
by himself
glancing at the menu
feeling lonely
reminiscing about
his wife and
how she passed
he lingered a while

On his way out
discretely he left enough
to cover the meal
for the scruffy young couple
with the two kids
celebrating Mother’s Day

I LOVE This! Isn't serving and helping others with love, especially in secret, JUST the BEST!
