Pause of Polarity Interchange
Between two worlds, there can be found
A place of beauty, few do seek
An intermittent middle ground
Where life is neither mild nor meek
We easily forget that Unity
Will always be the grandest place to be
It's compromise reflecting humble self
The modesty of love that strengthens health
That brings us to a place of gratitude
That signifies abundant inner wealth
And under threat, the Ego is subdued
The majesty of life between two powers
From edge to edge, we back and forth in Thought
From standing still, the Ego blindly cowers
Afraid of being outed in Selfs court
For as we know, Thought brings to us illusion
Which rarely ends in being our best solution
A lesson which the Ego still is learning
So battered torn and bruised from toss and turning
Why can't you see the damage you suffer?
Extreme to extreme always churning
Whilst Self so modestly does rediscover
The interchange that we can all embrace
Betwixt the outer echelons of life
The challenges of Thought we all must face
And through each one, our Self will surely strife
We will not fall for Ego's plastic ploys
The Shadow smiles and with that Truth destroys
The silhouettes the mind does cast revealed
The Truth of Unity no more concealed
The Ego now exposed does hide its tail
For shame and fear reformed and now repealed
Courage stands where ignorance will fail
The Truth is found within the Interchange
The pause of silence loudly now explained
Polarity, she bows as told her tale
The moral in plain sight, our hopes regained
Courage stands where ignorance did fail
