Patriot's Wheel

Before his rise,he was a patriot.
His love for the land seemed to soar.
But once in power,his patriotism no more.
A mad man wandering lost and wild
Is more patriotic than him.

Yet,when his reign comes to an end
The cycle spins
Once more a patriot he will become
Round and round the wheel turns.

I would not want to be that person.. Because you were automatically hated. They hate you because you’re successful. And they want to see you out of power as soon as possible. But people don’t realize they are the ones who put that person in office. We’re facing World War III so I hope you get this. He doesn’t need the job at all and I wouldn’t do it.. people spit on any politician. As if they are better.. no, they are not. They are drunk on their own nothingness.. but think they are gods
