deep, to me this says stop the inner & outer saying nonsense. And this then stops all the worthless chatter. The mind is freed of its conditiong. We are once more pure 'beings'.This is what nirvana 'is' - no thing special. We are all life unfolding, we are all One. Live from the Heart, that is All. Sorry for the digression.

I hadn't quite thought of it like that but I really like your interpretation. Sometimes those voices both internally and externally can be so intrusive that it can feel like drowning!
