Passion's Canopy
Freshly the water drops my tongue
Epic summer lung, life spans forth
Frothy drawings and drumming helium balloons
When hot weather makes its mark
The pressing passion keeps me draped
Luminous canopy on Aztec stairway
Reminding me how i've always waited
Each calendar spin to unfold
Now is the time we climb
To each others arms softly
Musing what we've always known
The happenstance of eerily familiar
I want to envelop you in colors
And shrug gravity from shoulder's beacon
Darling, my shining star, treasure wed
Below the sea, the way earth recharges bounty
Each spinning cycle
Gather your fruit from gypsy leaves
We will nomad every mystery
Worth plucking!
