Passion No More

That burning passion for years
Walks away from the right track
Now it will find a way to get lost
Never see what it treasured most

There were times when glory was there
But it flew like a bird and went somewhere
Came to houses but forgot to fuel the fire
Slowly dies till it turns to little light

Oh how wonderful that day was!
Almost out of the shadows and there was life
Suddenly storm raged to kill that day
But no trace of blood was seen on his face.

Tears hide and passion is not there
It will not light up in sky like a beautiful flare
Think it was long gone when glory left the room
The fire will be gone and world will never bloom.

Lines like "now it will find a way to get lost" and "suddenly storm raged to kill that day" the feeling of defeat is like pouring water on ash so it will never light again. The passion in your poem may not bloom but your words do ;)
