Passing Passerine

a lark song tickles
notes of robins and wrens pique~
          the starling teasing

Few words with much said. The birds are starting to come out for spring. They sound so pretty. I have read a number of your poems. Have a blessed day writing away................

There are so many bird named sports teams: Blue Jays; Sea Hawks; Cardinals, etc.... This poem suggests better names; such as the Robins, or the Starlings. Thanks as always Maureen. You're the best!!!!!!! (There was Meadowlark Lemon lol)
