Paralyzed

Moving on was the hardest thing I’ve had to do. For it’s been too long and I still see home with you. I can’t no more, move past this place I’ve come, as I am paralyzed, set in things I’ve done. But if language was just, not so odd and poor, perhaps I’d draw the cries that scream on through. And true, I admit it all. That every one that came before, everyone that comes in time, they will all drown in this soul of mine. For you, the Eden and peace, you were mine, and I can not love the dark, once I’ve seen the light. For you were all I had in sight, so how do I love another once I’m blind. How do I run forward when I’m stuck in time? As I am gifted poetry, within this mind, but my lips wont budge and I know why. Knowledge is power, power’s not kind. I am ink, within these lines, that dried before your eyes.
