This sounds absolutely delicious (especially the spiced aubergine and the ricotta cheesecake!) I wish my pantry could be raided for foods as yummy as you describe! Mine is rather plain...beans, rice, tomato sauce...the usual boring staples. What is a fusillo? I can't find a description anywhere as to what that might be, and I'm very curious as I haven't heard of it before. ~Juliane

I have never read such variety in food than with your Epulaeryu poetry. Truly intriguing dishes and combinations. You must indeed enjoy fine dining. Yummy yum once more!
