Pale Skin Glow
They danced before
The firing sun
A circle all around
Praying to a God
That is well known
Freedom is a dream
To them
They can not see the
Sin, Lurking in the
Dark of night
The light glow
Of their palish skin
Seeking harm
To all of them
Never knew
Who to trust
They never did
Give up
Fighting for a
Place their own
In sunny places
Or winter travel
They did roam
Standing proud
Was all they had known
They fought
To die
For God's great earth
Destroyed in time
They held no fight
For the palish skin
That does glow
Cut them down
With all their might
Stole the peaceful days
Of the Indian ways
Crushed our earth
With their pale skin
Ways
Few surviving
Are alive
Remembered in wispers
From the pale skin
That does glow
That took away
So long ago
